The free reminder tool

The generator creates drafts for you to review and personalize. It does not verify payments, send messages, provide legal advice, or represent you in collections. You are responsible for checking invoice details and deciding whether and when to send a message. No payment or recovery is guaranteed.

The follow-up kit

The kit is a $9 USD one-time digital download with no subscription. MadeThis hosts checkout and file delivery. You review and send your own messages; the kit does not send emails, schedule reminders, verify payments, or sync accounts. The README describes the personal and internal business-use license.

Support and refund requests

Contact us within seven days of purchase if you need support or want to request a refund. Requests are handled under MadeThis platform rules and applicable buyer rights. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
