The public support email for Promptly Paid is being updated. If you purchased a download, check your MadeThis receipt for any available purchase support instructions. Do not include sensitive client or invoice details in a support request.

If you are using the free tool, review the generated text yourself. If copying is blocked, select the draft and use your device’s Copy action. You can also download a TXT file. Reset clears the form and output.

The tool cannot check payments, send messages or resolve an invoice dispute.

Refund requests are handled under MadeThis platform rules and applicable buyer rights; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
